"The Journey of Victor Kovyrzin: From Martial Artist to Body Therapy Master"

—Viktor Kovyrzin

Hello! My name is Victor Kovyrzin. My first encounter with folk medicine took place in 1987 when, as a schoolboy, I lifted a heavy kettlebell and “overexerted” myself, as people often say. Bent over in pain, my father took me not to the hospital but to my grandmother, who skillfully straightened me out with a gentle abdominal manipulation. By 1989, I was already helping myself and others with similar techniques.

In 2006, I suffered a serious spinal injury in a car accident, which left me broken in two places. With traditional medicine at a loss, I began searching for ways to restore myself. This journey led me to healer Maria, who, with her magical hands, helped me regain my strength and return to life. In that moment, I realized the true value of life and understood that health and happiness are inseparable. Maria shared ancient healing secrets with me, forming the foundation for my own techniques. Everything she taught me can be summed up in the phrase: "Trust your hands; they know what to do." This trust enabled me to intuitively perform healing techniques, opening up a deeper understanding of the inner states of body tissues, their energy, and the information contained within them.

Bringing my background as an engineer into the fold, I began to understand the principles underlying my approach to healing. I recognized the relationships among organs and systems, their connection to the surrounding world, and how external information could alter internal states and disrupt these connections. I realized that there are no “sick people”—only those fatigued and lost in their thoughts about illness.

Through my practice of martial arts, I discovered the energy of the four elements: Earth, Water, Air, and Sun. I learned about movement, states of being, relationships, and perception. I developed techniques for awareness, spirit training, body training, and intention.

Since 2010, I have combined my methodology to work on three levels: physical, energetic, and informational. This approach incorporates gentle manual mobilization, bio-energetic correction, and conscious psychosomatics. The result is a method that is, without exaggeration, unique and effective, particularly when other methods fail. Many of my clients have transformed their attitudes toward themselves, their health, and life itself.

My main goal is to help individuals return to their natural, healthy state—achieving a balanced psyche, a calm central nervous system, relaxed and uniform muscles, elastic ligaments, and mobile joints. In this state, the body’s self-healing program activates, restoring the flow of fluids, energy, and information. My students immediately apply the methodology learned in workshops, witnessing results and sharing their successes in reviews. I don’t just teach; I help unleash the limitless potential of practitioners for their further development. My seminars are practical, ensuring hands-on training for each master, guiding them to delve into deep tissues and understand their conditions.

By practicing ancient Slavic massage techniques alongside my experience as an engineer, martial arts master, and medical practitioner, I have developed an original system for recovery, healing, harmonization, and revitalization called “Ladaniye.” This system utilizes chiropractic techniques, bio-energetic therapy, gentle manual methods, osteopathic, and psychosomatic health corrections.

The "Kihon-Master" project offers correct positions, stances, and vectors of movement, providing optimal ergonomics for practitioners while preserving their health. The "Healthy Master - Master of the Future" project focuses on improving the well-being of health and beauty industry professionals. In my seminars, practitioners heal each other and immediately see practical results.

My journey from a martial artist to a body therapy master began in 1989 and continues to this day. Currently, I serve as the Chairman of the Karate Federation Council "BUDO" and lead the "LADANIE" School.

I am eager to share my discoveries and experiences with you. I was once broken but have now healed. Being healthy is simple!

With respect,

Victor Kovyrzin
